Job Title: Commercial Operations & Sales Executive

Role Overview

StacknTrack is seeking a highly capable and driven Commercial Operations & Sales Executive to support and grow our warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics business. This role combines operational excellence with commercial responsibility and requires a professional who is equally confident managing documentation, coordinating logistics activities, and driving new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers, operations, sales, and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities while actively contributing to revenue growth, client acquisition, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Coordination & Documentation

The role will oversee end-to-end coordination of customer orders, invoicing, and execution activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with internal and external requirements. This includes managing shipments from Head Office to JAFZA, Mainland UAE, and SAIF Zone, while ensuring proper documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory adherence.

The position requires close coordination with freight forwarders, transport partners, clearing agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely resolution of any shipment-related issues. The candidate will also manage all import and export documentation in line with UAE customs regulations and maintain structured records for audits and reporting.

Regular communication with customers via email and phone is essential to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure high service satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring attendance, punctuality, leave records, and supporting payroll-related reporting where required.

In addition, the position provides administrative and documentation support to the Sales and Operations teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate paperwork, and efficient workflow management across departments.

Business Development & Lead Generation

The role plays an active part in driving commercial growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics services. This includes researching markets, generating leads, networking with potential clients, and building a healthy sales pipeline.

The candidate will conduct client meetings, warehouse site visits, and presentations to showcase StacknTrack's capabilities, value proposition, and service excellence. A strong understanding of client requirements will be essential to design tailored logistics and warehousing solutions aligned with operational capabilities.

Sales, Negotiation & Commercial Support

The role involves preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and service packages in coordination with internal stakeholders. The candidate will participate in pricing discussions, negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, and support contract finalization in collaboration with the contracts and management teams.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients is a key responsibility, ensuring repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships. Any client concerns or service issues must be handled professionally, escalated when required, and resolved in coordination with operations.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

The role requires continuous monitoring of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Insights gathered from the market should be shared with management to enhance pricing strategies, service offerings, and positioning.

Accurate reporting is essential. The candidate will maintain CRM records, track leads and opportunities, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and provide performance updates to management. All documentation related to clients, contracts, and onboarding must be maintained accurately and in compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, logistics, sales support, or warehousing environments.
  • Strong understanding of UAE import and export procedures, customs documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain services.
  • Prior exposure to large trading organizations or automotive/logistics environments is an advantage.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, ERP systems, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards (Power BI is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multicultural teams.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
