Role: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce TASC's staffing and outsourcing solutions
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Dubai
- Schedule meetings for senior sales staff and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and client interactions
- Conduct market research and track industry trends
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for seamless client service
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any field
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales and lead generation
- Strong interest in sales, pre-sales, and business development
- Confident communicator, energetic, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
