Role: Sales Executive

Location: Dubai

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to introduce TASC's staffing and outsourcing solutions
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Dubai
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales staff and follow up on leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and client interactions
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for seamless client service
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any field
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales and lead generation
  • Strong interest in sales, pre-sales, and business development
  • Confident communicator, energetic, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
