Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our travel services. Daily tasks will include managing client inquiries, providing customised travel solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The individual will also work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and brand growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management in a relevant industry
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and the ability to provide personalised service
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools
  • Passion for travel and understanding of the tourism industry
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales within the travel or tourism industry is an added advantage
