The Tint Experts is looking for an experienced, highly driven Sales Executive to join our team immediately.

What We Do

The Tint Experts is a specialized automotive window film company, providing premium window tinting and heat-rejection solutions across the UAE through our Dubai studio and mobile installation teams.

We work with retail customers, dealerships and corporate clients, offering professional window film solutions backed by specialized installation and after-sales service.

The Role

This is primarily an in-house retail sales role, focused on handling incoming customer inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings and sales.

You will communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone and face-to-face interactions, understand their requirements, explain and recommend the right window film options, follow up on leads and close sales.

Experience & Requirements

* Arabic speaker is required

* Fluent English is mandatory

* Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience

* Strong and demonstrable track record in sales and achieving targets

* Excellent negotiation and closing skills

* Strong communication and customer-handling skills

* Confident handling customers through WhatsApp, phone and in person

* Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously

* Target-driven and comfortable working with sales KPIs

* Automotive industry experience is highly preferred

* B2B sales experience is an advantage

* UAE sales experience is strongly preferred
