Job Title: Sales Executive HORECA (Food Industry)

Experience: Minimum 25 years in HORECA Sales (Food Industry only)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who has a strong background in the HORECA sector within the UAE food industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional clients. Experience in retail or wholesale will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and manage HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Catering, Institutions) across Dubai and UAE.
- Drive sales growth for food product categories by building strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain strong follow-ups on orders, deliveries, and collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, finance) for smooth client servicing.
- Ensure proper visibility, product placement, and brand promotion at client sites.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast business growth.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Mandatory: Experience in HORECA sales within the food industry in UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE HORECA market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
