Sales Executive

ZAT is a growing company in Egypt. We are looking for a Sales Executive to strengthen our commercial team and drive sales growth across our accounts.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will own your sales targets, grow and retain customers, and ensure our products are well represented in every account. This is a hands-on role for a target-driven, presentable professional with strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs: sales target, customer retention (coverage), and collection
• Manage and develop existing accounts, and win new customers through effective negotiation
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Prepare detailed sales performance reports (sell-in, stock, sell-out)
• Collect competitor data on products, pricing, and product performance to understand customer preferences
• Ensure correct product visibility and display in all accounts according to company standards and visibility guidelines
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Promoter
• Good level of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Intermediate analytical thinking skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Customer-oriented, target-driven, flexible, and disciplined
• Professional and presentable appearance
