Role Overview - Sales (e-Commerce Marketplace)

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to drive the growth of motors.zonesso.com by onboarding car dealerships and selling digital advertising and listing packages.

This is a B2B eCommerce sales role focused on presenting Zonesso as a performance-based online marketplace and converting dealers into long-term paying partners.

The ideal candidate understands not only how to sell but also how to develop effective pricing strategies and sales strategies that align with dealership goals and maximize revenue.

Your daily responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, follow-ups, closing deals (both remotely and face-to-face), and supporting dealers in managing their online inventory.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in eCommerce platforms, online marketplaces, portals, classified ads, or automotive platforms who thrive in target-driven environments.

Key Responsbilities

  • Make 6080+ outbound calls daily to car dealers and showrooms
  • Sell eCommerce-based advertising solutions (featured ads, boosts, bulk listing packages)
  • Develop and present customized pricing strategies tailored to dealership needs
  • Apply strategic sales approaches to increase deal value and long-term retention
  • Onboard dealers onto motors.zonesso.com and clearly explain platform benefits
  • Assist dealers in uploading and managing their online inventory
  • Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp
  • Conduct showroom visits to close high-value face-to-face deals
  • Maintain daily CRM updates and pipeline tracking
  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue and onboarding targets
  • Educate dealers on how online marketplaces drive traffic, leads, and conversions

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory)
  • 13 years of UAE sales experience
  • Background in eCommerce, online marketplaces, portals, classified ads, or automotive platforms
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy and sales strategy development
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills (phone and face-to-face)
  • Confident, proactive, and performance-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales
  • Available to start immediately
