About Medinous

Medinous is a leading provider of Healthcare Management Systems (HMS) and SaaS solutions, empowering hospitals and healthcare providers with innovative technology to streamline operations and enhance patient care. We are expanding our footprint in Saudi Arabia and seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead our business development efforts in the region.

Role Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth in Saudi Arabia, building strong client relationships, and expanding Medinous presence in the healthcare technology market. This role requires a proven track record in healthcare/SaaS/HMS sales, deep knowledge of the Saudi market, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders in medical centres, hospitals and healthcare groups.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
  • Represent Medinous at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a local sales team as the business scales.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in Healthcare/SaaS/HMS.
  • Saudi Market Exposure: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Education: MBA preferred.
  • Language Skills: Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking abilities.
