This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Retail Sales Indoor position. The Retail Sales representative will assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, provide detailed information about various stationery and office supplies, and maintain high standards of customer service. Additional responsibilities include organizing displays, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations within the store. The role will also require handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

• Strong Retail Sales and Product Knowledge to assist customers effectively with their needs
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication for interacting with customers and team members
• Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales is a bonus
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
