Automotive Aftermarket Sales (Garage's/Service center)
Position: Automotive Aftermarket Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Customer Acquisition:
- Forge a proactive sales strategy targeting untapped segments within the Dubai and UAE market.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new customers through aggressive outreach, including cold calls, field visits, and industry events.
2. Product Development:
- Collaborate with the product team to develop a comprehensive range of automotive aftermarket servicing products.
- Gather market feedback to fine-tune and adapt the product portfolio to meet regional demands.
3. Project Management:
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to facilitate project success.
4. Dealer & Distribution Network Building:
- Establish, manage, and expand a formidable dealer & distribution network across Dubai and the UAE.
- Offer training and support to dealers, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell the product range.
5. Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as necessary.
- Regularly report progress and sales outcomes to senior management, providing actionable insights.
6. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth product availability and distribution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of deep sales experience in the automotive aftermarket sector, with a proven track record in new customer acquisition and product portfolio development.
- Established network within the Dubai and UAE automotive distribution channels.
- Mastery in negotiation, persuasion, and presentation techniques.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Arabic is a significant plus.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a high-paced environment.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on sales metrics and market trends.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
