Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and establish strong partnerships with clients and developers. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, generating leads, conducting client consultations, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation and maintaining excellent client relations are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and achieving targets in the real estate or related fields
  • 6months real estate experience in Dubai.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Leadership and Team Management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and experience working with property development is highly advantageous
  • Ability to analyze market trends and create strategic sales plans
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
