Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage strategic client relationships, ensuring successful delivery, growth, and long-term partnership value. The role involves acting as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving execution excellence, and scaling accounts within the Data & AI space, particularly in the Banking domain.

• Act as the single point of contact for the client and internal team members, serving as the go-to person for all account-related and delivery-related activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring a healthy and long-term association

• Work closely with business stakeholders, client teams, and internal delivery/project teams to drive successful execution and delivery of projects

• Understand client expectations, sentiment, and ecosystem dynamics to proactively align delivery and engagement strategies

• Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive growth, scale, and new opportunities.

• Plan and lead client engagements including workshops, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic discussions

• Create and maintain an account organization map and define both strategic and tactical approaches for account expansion

• Ensure alignment between client expectations and C5i capabilities, driving value-based outcomes

• Act as the final authority for ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and overall account performance

• Drive profitability and revenue growth of the account while ensuring adherence to client commitments and delivery excellence.

  • Requirements & Qualifications:7–12 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or client partner roles.
  • Proven experience managing and growing large client accounts in Data, Analytics, or AI domains.
  • Techno-commercial background with strong understanding of delivery and business aspects.
  • Experience working in or with the Banking industry, especially in Data & AI-related initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of banking domain concepts; deep domain expertise is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.
  • Experience in account planning, revenue management, and growth strategy execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
