As a Sales Manager at Cargoz, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales initiatives, with a focus on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) within the logistics sector. Leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and your understanding of the logistics industry, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME segment in Riyadh and the surrounding areas.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and positioning our logistics solutions as essential to their operations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics sector, focusing on SMEs(7-10 Years experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred, along with fluency in English.
