Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Support the team in managing key accounts and closing strategic deals.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
