The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales associates who will be responsible for the sales of luxury off-plan projects including super-prime branded residences. The sales manager should be polished, an excellent communicator and have a deep understanding of the off-plan real estate market together with an ability to motivate their team to transact on direct sales and via channel partners / real estate brokerages.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends and competitor activities / pricing
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Host exclusive events and property viewings to showcase the residences.
- Responsibility for collecting all required paperwork from buyers and or their agents as per legal requirements
Agency Coordination:
- Collaborate with channel partners and real estate agencies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand standards.
- Coordinate with agencies for lead generation, promotional campaigns, and sales support.
- Work with channel partners and external brokerages to negotiate and close sales.
- On-boarding channel partners and brokerages
- Keeping brokerages up to date on project inventory
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to transaction completion.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record of success, specifically off-plan sales in the Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Russian / Chinese communication - good to have
