Egypt Wood is looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth. This isn't just a sales role; we need a seasoned leader with deep technical knowledge of the timber industry and a proven track record of managing large-scale accounts in the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Egypt Wood's market share across wholesale, retail, and project-based sectors.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with major contractors, real estate developers, and top-tier interior design firms.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends (MDF, natural wood, veneers, etc.) and competitor activity to position our products effectively.
- Sales Pipeline: Oversee the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation and technical bidding to final negotiation and post-sale follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role specifically within the Wood, Timber, or Construction Materials industry.
- Market Knowledge: A robust network of contacts within the Egyptian construction and furniture manufacturing sectors.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Must be highly analytical with experience in CRM software and sales forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
