Empowerment Gate For Trading, a leading company specializing in the import and distribution of chemical raw materials for the cosmetics, cleaning, pharmaceutical, and food industries, is seeking to hire a highly experienced and qualifiedSales Managerto join our team at our headquarters in Riyadh.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in Saudi Arabia in alignment with company objectives.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with existing and potential clients, including factories and companies in the cosmetics, cleaning, pharmaceutical, and food sectors.
- Lead and develop the sales team, set performance targets, and monitor achievement.
- Analyze market needs, study competitors, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and suppliers (locally and internationally as needed).
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance the company's market presence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master's degree is a plus).
- Experience:Minimum of 57 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the chemical raw materials or industrial supplies sector.
- Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of the cosmetics, cleaning, pharmaceutical, or food industries, with knowledge of chemical raw materials used in these sectors.
- Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams, with strong performance management skills.
- Negotiation Skills:Advanced negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Language:Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international suppliers and clients.
- Computer Skills:Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and customer relationship management software.
- Location:Residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
