Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Drive B2B sales of IT services and digital transformation solutions across the APAC region.
- Identify new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand requirements and provide consultative technology solutions.
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic account development and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solution presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and expand accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Skills & Requirements:-
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
- Retail domain experience with understanding of retail technology and business processes.
- Proven success in enterprise sales and revenue target achievement in the APAC market.
- Experience selling digital commerce, AI/ML, cloud-native, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within APAC markets and willingness to travel regionally.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
