Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities for our group of restaurants in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our international cuisine concepts, increasing brand awareness, driving revenue growth, and expanding our catering business through strategic partnerships and client acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue and market presence.
- Promote the restaurant group's international cuisine concepts to corporate clients, organizations, embassies, hotels, and event planners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for catering services, including corporate events, private functions, conferences, and special occasions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure successful execution of catering events and client requirements
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to generate new business leads.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and brand positioning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Catering, or Restaurant industry.
- Strong network within the Riyadh market is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience in catering sales and corporate account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred
