Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities
- Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process
- Account Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and expand the value across their operation
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, customer success, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 + years in a quota-carrying sales role within software
- Pipeline Skills: Strong track record of generating and managing a healthy sales pipeline
- Character Traits: High resilience, grit, and tenacity
- Region Knowledge: Familiarity with the GCC market, its business culture, and key industries
