Job Description

Hally are exclusively partnering with Construction AI Software Start-Up with their market expansion in the UAE. This founding Sales Manager will have a passion for hunting paired with a proven track record of selling into Construction Contractors and Real Estate Developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process
  • Account Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and expand the value across their operation
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, customer success, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 + years in a quota-carrying sales role within software
  • Pipeline Skills: Strong track record of generating and managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Character Traits: High resilience, grit, and tenacity
  • Region Knowledge: Familiarity with the GCC market, its business culture, and key industries
  • Start-up mentality
