Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales operations within the organization. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining exceptional customer experience standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services while safeguarding the organization's reputation and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and optimize overall sales operations.
- Provide on-job training, advice and support to the sales and customer service team, supporting to work on their areas of development, helping to improve their ongoing performance.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales and customer service teams through on-the-job training and performance guidance.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against agreed targets.
- Make final pricing decisions in coordination with the Finance function.
- Advise clients on suitable designs, materials, and customization options based on their requirements.
- Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure accurate execution of customer orders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with production to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
- Communicate technical and production-related decisions to clients in a professional and tactful manner.
- Participate in planning and finalizing monthly product collections in coordination with design and production teams.
- Coordinate and finalize material and fabric requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly KPI and performance review meetings in coordination with HR.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure smooth operations and professional presentation.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum 810 years of experience in sales management within a high-end, luxury, or premium consumer environment, or a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of sales operations, customer experience, and team leadership.
Proven experience in people management and performance development.
Excellent business acumen and industry knowledge.
Fluency in Arabic and English is plus
Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships across functions.
Salary Compensation: AED 17,000 -AED 20,000 per month
