Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will oversee client relationships, drive property sales, and manage a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a network of clients, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, strategy development, and account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and luxury property trends
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and design effective sales plans
  • Team leadership skills and experience in managing sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
