Sales Manager Freight Forwarding - Dubai
We are currently partnering with a dynamic and growing Freight Forwarding company based in Dubai, to appoint a commercially driven Sales Manager to support their expansion across the Middle East.
This role is ideal for a well-connected freight professional who understands the regional logistics landscape and can immediately contribute through existing relationships and new business development.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities across Air, Sea, and Land freight services, while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships across the Middle East.
You will play a key role in building market presence, identifying strategic opportunities, and contributing to long-term commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the Middle East
Leverage an existing client network to generate immediate revenue
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Prepare competitive freight quotations in coordination with operations
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
Minimum 35+ years of sales experience within Freight Forwarding
Strong network across the Middle East logistics market (essential)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience selling Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Transport solutions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Commercially focused, self-motivated, and target-driven
UAE experience preferred
