Job Description

Job Summary:

One of our clients are seeking a sales Manager who is responsible for leading the real estate sales team, developing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners. This role requires strong knowledge of the local property market and experience in selling residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and property sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team while monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Identify potential clients, investors, and new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and property presentation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitors, property prices, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop campaigns, generate qualified leads, and promote available properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and market analyses for senior management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of sales team members.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and using CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and sales procedures.
