Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a 4-hour travel radius from our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the GCC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the engineering or instrumentation sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market and local business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed.
