Job Role: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive sales of kitchen and bathroom cabinet and closet systems across the UAE market.
- Identify and develop new B2B clientsdevelopers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and studios.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for retail, residential, and commercial projects.
- Conduct client presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and long-term supply agreements.
Market Entry & Expansion
- Develop and execute a UAE market-entry strategy aligned with the company's global vision.
- Analyse competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences to position the brand effectively.
- Identify potential distribution partners and channel opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with design teams, technical teams, and production to deliver accurate quotations and designs.
- Oversee project execution milestones including measurements, delivery schedules, installation coordination, and after-sales support.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
Operations & Reporting
- Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor updates to headquarters.
- Work closely with internal departments (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Set up foundational processes and systems for the company's long-term UAE agenda.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically in kitchens, wardrobes, joinery, modular cabinets, interior fit-out, or building materials.
- Proven success in securing projects with developers, designers, and contractors.
- Experience in market entry or building a sales territory is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen systems, cabinetry materials, hardware, and installation processes.
- Ability to read floorplans, design layouts, and technical drawings (basic).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting techniques.
Soft Skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working independently as the first local hire.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of professionalism and customer orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
