Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager with
3-5 years of managerial experience in sales leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in building pipelines, managing teams, closing enterprise deals, and driving sustainable growth. Experience in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, or B2B solutions is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams for successful client engagement.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Manager / Team Lead role.
- Proven success in achieving sales KPIs and team targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in B2B sales environment.
- CRM and pipeline management experience.
- Arabic & English fluency preferred.
Preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity / IT solutions sales.
- Existing network in Saudi market.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
