Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow their IT services portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, a proven ability to manage client relationships, and the drive to build and execute effective sales strategies that deliver consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote IT services and solutions across the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals in line with business targets.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and presales teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, and technology-driven offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
