We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Dubai office and take ownership of building, leading, and scaling our European and UAE sales teams.
This is a senior, hands-on role in a B2B services environment, with responsibility for sales strategy execution, hiring, performance management, and European market growth. You will work directly with the CEO and have full accountability for results.
What You'll Do
Build, manage, and scale European sales teams
Own hiring decisions, team structure, and onboarding
Set and drive sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts
Lead European growth initiatives and new market expansion
Ensure consistent CRM usage, sales processes, and reporting
Coach, motivate, and performance-manage sales teams
Report directly to the CEO on performance and growth
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B services environment
Experience hiring and managing sales teams (European markets preferred)
Strong track record in target-driven sales leadership
Hands-on CRM and sales process experience
Confident, structured leader who can operate across time zones
Background in recruitment or professional services is a strong advantage
