Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves overseeing sales operations, generating leads, and coordinating with marketing teams to optimize the sales process. Additionally, the Sales Manager will provide reports and updates to senior management to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and understanding of market dynamics
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
