Additionally, it includes a marketing-driven approach with features such as automated reminders, follow-up campaigns, and revenue-tracking tools, helping clinics grow while maintaining operational simplicity.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, engaging potential clients, leading negotiations, and presenting the Medslot product suite to clinics and medical centers. The individual will also collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to align efforts and support overall business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales strategies, business development, and achieving sales targets
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strategic thinking with knowledge about medical technology products and services is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation, and sales pipeline management
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
