Role Description

The Unit Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, allowing for a balance of in-office and remote work. The role entails leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, mentoring and coaching team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Unit Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to motivate and guide a dynamic sales team.
  • Sales expertise, including experience with sales strategies, target-setting, and business development.
  • Proficiency in market analysis for identifying growth opportunities and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant digital tools and software to manage sales processes and performance tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
