Role Description

The Sales Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, offering a mix of on-site and remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and develop strategies to achieve business growth. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and foster sustainable business development.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring sales teams.
  • Expertise in sales strategy development, business planning, and market analysis.
  • Customer relationship management and negotiation skills to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting to measure sales outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed for client meetings.
