Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a sales team, driving performance to meet and exceed sales targets, and building strong client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, creating strategic sales plans, and ensuring compliance with MetLife's policies and goals. A key aspect of the role is collaborating with various stakeholders to align sales strategies with client needs while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and building client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective sales plans
  • Sound knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, processes, and performance metrics
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
