The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in Dubai's fast-paced property sector and can drive revenue growth while building a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor and manage a team of real estate sales consultants
- Set clear performance targets and KPIs, monitoring achievement through regular reviews
- Conduct daily team meetings, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly performance assessments
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge
- Foster a motivating, competitive, and collaborative team environment
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments across Dubai's property landscape
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation through to successful completion
- Ensure the team maintains an active pipeline of qualified prospects
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients
- Ensure exceptional client service standards across all touchpoints
- Handle escalated client concerns and complex negotiations personally
- Develop referral networks and repeat business strategies
Operational Excellence
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting and documentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate quality leads
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for senior management
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 2 years in a management or team leadership role
- Valid RERA certification (Real Estate Regulatory Agency)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, regulations, and key developments
- Experience managing teams of minimum 5-10 sales professionals
- Strong understanding of off-plan, secondary market, and luxury property sales
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite
- UAE driving license preferred
- High emotional intelligence and ability to motivate diverse teams
