The Sales Manager is a results-driven individual contributor responsible for driving significant sales growth with high-value enterprise clients. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. You are a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the fintech and SaaS landscape, and you are driven to expand our market leadership by consistently acquiring new business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert key prospects in the UAE market.
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of contract negotiations for successful deal closures, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Qashio.
- Serve as a consultant on Qashios solutions, conducting compelling product demos and presentations to showcase our value proposition.
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, tracking all activities on our CRM.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and identify future upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create and refine the post-sale onboarding and adoption strategy for new enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition and maximising long-term client value.
- Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to help refine our strategy.
- Actively participate in industry training, workshops, and seminars to stay current with market trends, sales techniques, and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales. SaaS experience is required, Fintech experience would be a plus.
- Bilingual; working proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to clients needs.
- Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenges.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience, exposure, and interest in the fintech space; preferably having worked directly with a fintech company.
- A bachelors degree in business or related fields would be a plus.
- A good understanding of fintech software/platforms, and accounting and expense management systems.
