Position Overview
A Property Consultant at Rabdan Developments is responsible for promoting, presenting, and selling the company's portfolio of premium real estate projects. The role focuses on providing high-quality advisory services to local and international clients, delivering a seamless purchasing experience from initial inquiry to final handover. The consultant represents the Rabdan Developments brand, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and excellence in every client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Rabdan Developments off-plan and ready properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct detailed project presentations, property tours, and investment consultations.
- Identify client requirements and propose the most suitable units, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rabdan Developments projects, masterplans, unit specifications, pricing, payment schedules, and handover timelines.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate trends, competitive developments, and regulatory updates from RERA/DLD.
- Provide clients with clear guidance on ROI, rental yields, market positioning, and long-term value potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, investors, and partner brokerage firms.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups before and after sales to support client satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with a real estate developer in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to build strong relationships.
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- UAE driving license preferred.
