About the Role
We are looking for a proactiveTeam Leader/Sales Managerto support and grow our Primary/ secondary real estate division.
This position is perfect for aSenior Property Consultant / Senior Real Estate Agentwho is ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll still be active with your own deals while gradually taking on responsibilities to guide a small team.
If you've been performing consistently and want to elevate your career into a management path, this is the ideal progression role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, guide, and motivate a small team of agents to improve their performance.
- Assist team members with client handling, viewings, and negotiations.
- Help drive secondary market sales by managing your own pipeline and helping the team with theirs.
- Ensure proper use of CRM systems and property portals for lead management.
- Coordinate daily team activities and help onboard new agents when required.
- Work closely with management to align goals and support team growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company standards.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently working as aSenior Real Estate Agent / Senior Property Consultantin Dubai.
- Ready to progress into aTeam Leader/Sales Managerrole.
- Strong at closing deals and supporting others in the sales cycle.
- Good communication, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with the Dubai secondary market and transaction processes.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and property portals.
- RERA license and UAE driving license preferred.
