We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager Real Estate to lead, motivate, and scale our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has deep market knowledge, a proven track record in off-plan and secondary sales, and strong leadership skills to drive revenue growth in a highly competitive luxury market.
This role is for a results-oriented professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and grow a team of real estate sales consultants
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and deal closures
- Train, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve and exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key partners
- Oversee client negotiations and support high-value deal closings
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies
- Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements- Minimum 35 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- At least 12 years in a Sales Manager / Team Leader role
- Proven ability to close deals and lead high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary markets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Highly organized, target-driven, and professional mindset
