Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for Segrex's luxury residential developments in Dubai, driving revenue growth and strengthening the company's market presence. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure objectives are achieved. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing buyers, conducting property tours and presentations, and coordinating closely with marketing to support lead generation. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback to leadership on pricing, positioning, and customer preferences. This role also requires collaboration with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through closing.
