Job Description

Sales Manager: Enterprise SaaS / Procurement Solutions

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

I'm supporting my client, a global fast-growing enterprise SaaS business, looking for a driven Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle, based in Abu Dhabi. This is a high-impact role focused on new business and territory growth.

You must have experience selling to governments in the UAE and be able to prospect and generate a solid pipeline and to sell within the prescribed vertical to net new customers.

Responsibilites:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process: prospect, qualify, propose, and close deals.
  • Build and execute territory plans to win new customers.
  • Use solution-selling and Challenger Sales techniques to articulate value and business outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce or CRM tools.
  • Strategically position solutions against competitors and contribute to ROI-driven proposals.

Skill Set:

  • 5+ years experience selling complex SaaS/enterprise software (procurement, ERP, or related).
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets in mid-market or corporate accounts.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and business-writing skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
