Sales Manager - B2B Solutions (Part-Time, Commission-Based)

Location: Sub-Saharan Africa (Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the promotion and growth of our platform in your region. This is a part-time, commission-based position, ideal for professionals with B2B sales and technical solutions experience. The primary responsibility will be to promote our platform and products to local businesses, encourage registrations, and increase traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote SolutionMall to local businesses, particularly in IT, IoT, and electronics industries.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners.

Encourage user registrations and drive engagement by promoting educational content on our platform.

Support local marketing efforts and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with our global team to understand product offerings and technical solutions.

Provide feedback on local market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Qualifications:

Experience: Strong background in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in IT, IoT, or electronicsindustries.

Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Technical Understanding: Familiarity with complex solutions and systems in B2B environments is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.

Availability: This is a part-time role with flexible hours. The role is commission-based, and compensation is based on performance.

Compensation:

Commission-Based: Earnings are based on 1% to 2% of the contract amount, with a minimum of 1%, depending on the type of product sold. This is a Commission model designed to reward sales efforts and achievements.

Incentives: As you bring in more clients and registrations, additional support will be provided, including a monthly stipend (for phone, transportation, and other expenses), ranging from $300 to $500 USD.

Official Certification: Once you start collaborating with us and conducting client visits and similar activities, we will provide you with an official Sales or Cooperation Manager Certification. This certification will be recognized in our system, with a special verified badge indicating your exclusive status.
