Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager(Freelance) located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective communication with both clients and internal teams. The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team

• Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships

• Identify new business opportunities within the UAE market

• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE real estate sales with developers.

• Strong understanding of the UAE property market.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Developer sales experience is a strong advantage
