Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position involves leading sales efforts, identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop strategies to expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires monitoring market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven ability in managing a team, setting performance benchmarks, and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of the engineering, equipment sales, or relevant industries, and understanding of market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the Middle East market is advantageous
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or another regional language is a plus
