We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Managers to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of luxury real estate projects within THOE, ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWI clients, investors, and brokers.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the client base.
- Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in real estate sales in the UAE (luxury segment & banking preferred).
- Strong broker network and client portfolio (HNWI & international investors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Multilingual speaker preferred
- UAE Driving License is a must.
