Job Description

The Heart of Europe is a unique master-planned development on The World Islands, Dubai, featuring iconic properties, luxury hotels, and innovative experiences.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Managers to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of luxury real estate projects within THOE, ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWI clients, investors, and brokers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the client base.
  • Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in real estate sales in the UAE (luxury segment & banking preferred).
  • Strong broker network and client portfolio (HNWI & international investors).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Multilingual speaker preferred
  • UAE Driving License is a must.
