Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. The role also involves providing leadership to the sales team, analyzing sales performance, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with an ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with the real estate market, financial analysis, and sales techniques is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
