Role Overview / Job Purpose
To plan and carry out sales and marketing activities, maintaining and developing FTV
Proclad's products and services with major accounts and prospects, in line with agreed
business plans, while driving business growth across UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company objectives
Drive business growth in UAE and overseas markets, targeting ADNOC, major end users,
operators, and EPC contractors
Lead market development, tendering, client relationship management, and revenue
generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and industry partners
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations,
negotiations, and contract development
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth
opportunities
Monitor sales performance, track progress, and report to senior management
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Plan and execute direct sales activities aligned with budgets, volumes, and targets
Follow up on enquiries and conduct client visits to support business development
Coordinate internally with operations, production, and finance teams
Support accounts team on collections, LCs, and commercial matters when required
Manage external marketing agencies, telemarketing, and research activities
Requirements & Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in UAE market (Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering)
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Strong ADNOC network and in-depth UAE market knowledge
Proven relationships with key stakeholders in Procurement & Supply Chain across major
end users and EPC contractors such as ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, Shell, BP, ExxonMobil,
NMDC, Petrofac, McDermott, Technip, Saipem, Target, and Galfar
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving revenue
growth
Strong experience in marketing strategies, campaigns, and business development initiatives
Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
Strong understanding of:
Weld Overlay Cladding
Mechanically Lined Pipes (MLP)
Pipe Spooling & Fabrication
Induction Bending / Heat Treatment
Strong experience in tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract management
Education
bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
