businesses in order to convert leads into active sales. They should feel confident communicating

over the phone as well as in person.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Onboarding Success: Guide new hires through seamless onboarding processes, ensuring integration and long-term retention
  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Operate in a performance-driven environment, leveraging your experience to meet and exceed ambitious sales and hiring targets

Requirements:

  • Must have some sales experience to include prospecting and phone calls.
  • Must have the skills necessary to convert leads into sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of government contracts a MAJOR plus!
  • Must work efficiently and have an agile mindset.
  • Self-driven and motivated to grow quickly is a must.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience.
  • College-level associate degree or higher preferred; or equivalent of related work
