Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Well-versed about the procedure for Prequalification, Product submittals, product approvals, meeting with consultants to get the product approved on project.
-Work with the relevant authorities to prepare Reply to Consultant Comments along with the supporting documents.
-To work along with the EPC & support, Sales team during Technical Bid Evaluations and work closely to provide the required information to the customer.
-Provide proposed item codes to the enquiries received from customer through Sales and suggest the suitable item code to the Pre Sales / Sales Team along with the TDS UL & other certificates as required.
-Working closely with Project Sales, Retail team & E Commerce in the assigned region on technical / commercial proposals.
-Visit projects to know the status of Product Submittal, samples, approval status, BOQ, technical clarifications & assist Salesmen to submit the quote.
-Visit Customers along with Salesmen to check ongoing projects, RFQ's , quotations follow Ups, PO Finalization & Open Sales orders, delivery requirement of the site.
-Immediately get involved for any technical issues arises, coordinate with the concerned for Quality or any other issue & do the needful to solve it.
-Working closely with Project Sales & Retail team in the assigned region on technical / commercial Cooperating closely with sales team and collecting forecast of big projects and/or defining special product and providing feedback to factory to ensure smooth delivery.
-Provide after sales support like MTC, COC, COO & other documents as per customer requirement.
-Being the team member for specific product range need to conduct time to time relevant market investigation, improving its value proposition to sales and customers, and coordinating with back-end for closing technical gaps, marketing & competitors Updates.
-Knowledge about the industry standards for the material used and Share regular market and competitors updates.
-Coordinate & visit local suppliers for any local required material arranging commercial pricing, samples, Follow up for material delivery to our Warehouse.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
- +2 years of relevant working experience and market knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Electrical products used in Construction Industry, Product approval procedure, knowledge of EPC's working procedure good Hands-on skills in MS Office.
