Sales Operations Analyst, Devices and Services

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

• Ensure high fidelity of forecasts for our watches, earbuds, trackers and smart home products.
• Develop forecasts for new product launches, leveraging historical data and market dynamics.
• Advise on appropriate quarterly and annual business goals for various teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Regional Demand Planning, and Global Sales Operations teams to optimize sales processes.
• Utilise Google Sheets and SQL to manage and analyze sales data.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in business management, investment analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience in forecasting/business modeling.
• Experience working with SQL and spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets).
• Experience with consumer hardware or electronics.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in hardware or devices forecasting.
• Experience working with Anaplan models.
• Experience in problem-solving analysis.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent project management, communication, and people management skills.
